2016 BMW M2 set to debut at Detroit Auto Show
For about one year, the auto world has gone crazy over this new BMW M model. Now, there is finally a date for when the highly-anticipated M2 will make an appearance. The 2016 M2 is set to make its big debut at the Detroit Auto Show. The show is has been planned for January, which is just around the corner! We already know the model will feature 365-horsepower engine, complete with an option for a dual-clutch transmission. There will also be a variety of other features available that will support the BMW’s performance. While we await more juicy details on the newest M model, we’ll share what we know about the price!
2016 BMW M2 pricing
While pricing hasn’t been released in the U.S. yet, the BMW M2 has been priced overseas. In Australia, the BMW M2 Pure (a six-speed manual option) will sit at $89,000, while an upper automatic trim wils at just under $100,000. Again, this isn’t the pricing for the United States model, but it does give us a general ballpark figure for what we may see. Until we learn more, we advise you to start saving your pennies!
