2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe design and debut
Mercedes-Benz is no stranger to introducing exciting, new models to the auto world. For 2016, the brand proved (once again) that it still has what it takes to be an innovative leader. The 2017 E-Class made its debut at the Detroit Auto Show, and it sported an all-new design. After the model was released, rumors of a future wagon and coupe version of the E-Class began to circulate. Well, those rumors are true, and the Wagon will be on its way soon. The coupe, however, will take a bit longer to make an appearance, but it should look very similar to our favorite E-Class. If you’re curious to learn more about the E-Class coupe, look no further! We have the details you’re looking for!

2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class coupe design
Some may frown upon Mercedes for keeping the new E-Class coupe similar in design to its parent model (shown above). While that may be the case, we don’t see a reason the brand needs to add or detract from the already-impressive design aspects of the E-Class. The coupe version will obviously sport two doors, but it is expected to keep the 241-horsepower 2.0-liter engine. Of course, the coupe will be lighter than the sedan version, which means that we might see some improved performance aspects.
2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class coupe debut date
While the design aspects are similar to what we’ve already seen in the E-Class, it’s no less exciting (the new model is just that cool). There are still a few aspects of the two-door model to be hashed out, but it’s been rumored that the Mercedes-Benz E-Class coupe will make its grand debut sometime early next year (2017). We know- it’s a long time to wait. In the meantime, the E-Class Wagon should be making an appearance sometime between now and the coupe’s release, so stay tuned to our blog!
