Cedar Ridge Nature Center

Just twenty minutes from downtown Dallas, Cedar Ridge Nature Center offers elevated, scenic trails. The park’s six-hundred acres provides about nine miles of trails, and a variety of terrains and sights. The trail is perfect for hiking, but do not bring your bikes – they are prohibited. Oak Point in Plano

You may be familiar with Oak Point if you’re from the Plano area, but you might just know it as a space for weddings and retreats. While the facility is used for that, there are trails to bike and hike on too! In addition, there are picnic areas throughout, so that you can take a rest. Oak Cliff Nature Preserve

Oak Cliff Nature Preserve features eight miles of trails, broken up into six loops. Along the trails, visitors can find fields, wooded areas, wildflowers, and two creeks.
